Exploring your vast system of relationships, archetypes, inherited stories, and origin
The Process
In the session, the client will choose objects that represent characters and elements from their personal, familial and trans-generational story. The client will, one by one, place these representative objects on a physical flat surface that must have a defined boundary. The area in which the objects are placed within the boundary is considered “the constellation” or the visual representation of the client’s current situation. The facilitator will use methods of mindfulness, somatic body scans, psychodrama, and the Socratic method to allow movement between the chosen representative objects towards a resolution.
My Role
As your facilitator, I make it possible for the story and possible unresolved dynamic that have become visible to come to resolution. Once a resolution has occurred amongst the representatives, a shift occurs within your inner self, followed by a period of constructive change to your outer reality.
